I need a web site, what is my first step?

You may want to sign up for Noble Reign Solutions special package which will include custom made web pages and hosting of your web site. Upon signing up, you will have to pay a 60% upfront fee for the package you decide to use, and the remaining needs to be payed upon completion of the web site. Noble Reign Solutions will schedule a meeting with you to discuss your vision for the site. Next our designer will work on concepts, sketches, and markups for the look, feel, and navigation of the site. We will work closely with you to creatively develop a site that meets your goals, whether you’re looking for information architecture, e-commerce, or simply an elegant way to show the world what you do.

I know I want a web site, but I'm not sure exactly how to set it up. I saw another site that looked great and would like you
to make mine look similar. Can you do that?

Yes! We specialize in "from the ground up" design (just give us your colors and some text) or we can pattern your site after another one
What kind of work is the designer capable of creating?

Our designers is experience and a skilled graphic communication expert. In addition to dynamic HTML and JavaScript programming we are also skilled in traditional illustration, logo development, director and flash development. Our designers has won many Web Design awards (see our award section).

What do I need to supply when beginning my project?

Before the layout process can begin, we ask that you supply all necessary text, photos, or artwork that you wish to include in your site. In addition please be prepared to give us any style guidelines your company may have established in relation to layout elements (fonts, corporate colors, etc) this will help us develop a site that has a look and feel consistent with your existing materials.
What browser versions will my site work with?

We design content rich sites that will display properly on both Internet Explorer 4.0 and Netscape versions 3.0 and higher browsers.

How long will it take to develop my site?

That depends on a number of factors. Once our designers meets with you then only we can determine a timeline based on the size of the project, possible deadlines, and work required to complete the project. Usually a 5 page site will take 10 days on a rough estimation.

Who will maintain my web site for me?

You can choose to maintain the completed site yourself or hire our maintenance service at $60 per month for unlimited changes to text, additional/deletion of text/images.

How often do I have to update my site?

That is up to you. To encourage return visitors, we recommend modification of text and/or photos at least 3 times per month.

I want a brochure that explains my business. Can you do that too?

I would like to print a catalog of my products. Can you do that?

Yes! Just provide us with photos and some copy and we'll take care of the rest.

What's with this corporate look anyway?

Its part of creating a "professional site" the customers can navigate easily within to find the information they need. And like any new product there will be a range of tweaks and turns along the way. We listen to the customers and carefully consider any suggestions to improve the site.

I do a lot of surfing and have seen that thing a magic that spin and some even have music behind them. Don't you think those are neat?

Yes, I do! However, if our customers have to wait on a page to download, or have to install another plug in, they are usually out of there. Sure, animated GIF files and java applets can be useful. However, as a web site developer you must consider things like user download time, and if they are helps...not hindrances. Remember that many of your customers may still be using a 14.4 modem, which are extremely slow when downloading pages with large graphic files. Current research indicates that if customers wait more than 10 seconds, they move on.

How much will a web site cost?

It depends. We charge for maintenance and updates by the hour.
Or you can get a small business web site for as little as $500.
For larger web sites, we can't estimate until we have an idea of what your needs and wants are.

What’s a domain name?

Domain name usually begins with "www." and ends with ".com", ".net" or ".org", “.ca”. What goes in between is a unique identifier for your web site.

A few things to remember about choosing a domain name:

Shorter is better. The easier your domain is to remember, the better and more successful your site will be.

ALL of the three letter combinations were taken at least two years ago.

You don’t necessarily need to have your business name as your domain name.

At this point, be prepared to make a concession or two. It may be necessary to add a hyphen to the name, or take a ".net" instead of a ".com" in order to get the name you want.
