As a NEW client, you will be initially assigned to one of our experienced and accomplished Design Specialists. Your Design Specialist will personally guide you through the beginning stages of creating your website and placing it online.

Step Two: Now that Your Website is Online

After your website is online, you will have direct access to our responsive Customer Service Department to contact for all of your website needs in the future. Our Customer Service network ensures you will receive excellent service and a quick response time.

Noble Reign Solutions' commitment to ALL of our Customers:

You will receive an introductory personal phone call from your Design Specialist within two business days from the date we receive your order.
You will also receive an introductory e-mail from your Design Specialist within two business days from the date your order has been received.
Your Design Specialist will follow-up with you on a regular basis to obtain the information necessary to create your website. If we do not receive your information immediately, your Design Specialist will e-mail and phone you regularly to request it from you.

After your website is placed online, our Customer Service Department will be available to work with you in the future for all of your website needs.

If you call and leave a message for your Design Specialist or Customer Service, you will receive a response within one business day (or most often sooner!)
If you e-mail your Design Specialist or Customer Service, you will receive a return e-mail within two business days (or most often sooner.)

After your website is placed online, each and every week we will send you a Marketing Tip via e-mail. Your weekly marketing tip is designed to give you ideas on how to make the most of your website on the Internet to ensure the most traffic and exposure possible.

If you EVER have a question or problem that can't be handled directly by your Design Specialist or Customer Service, you will be contacted in a timely fashion by one of their supervisors or managers.
