Specialist within two business days from the date your order
has been received.
Your Design Specialist will follow-up with you on a regular
basis to obtain the information necessary to create your website.
If we do not receive your information immediately, your Design
Specialist will e-mail and phone you regularly to request
it from you.
After
your website is placed online, our Customer Service Department
will be available to work with you in the future for all of
your website needs.
If
you call and leave a message for your Design Specialist or
Customer Service, you will receive a response within one business
day (or most often sooner!)

your website is placed online, each and every week we will
send you a Marketing Tip via e-mail. Your weekly marketing
